It was the first time when she actually saw Rome by her own eyes, and not on the picutres. She raised her camera, and took some pictures of the streets and walking people, ignoring some of them who gave her some scowled looks. She didn't mind actually. This was the first time here, and people looked somehow tanner in Intaly than in England.
Also, she was all alone here. Finally. There was no one she knew, and in her hotelroom was only peace and quiet, since she bought herself a new phone, and got a new number, so that her annoying mother wouldn't call her 24/7, because to her, she was still the same insane little girl, who heard voices and saw Things.
Her camera made a quiet 'BLING' voice and the picture of another colorful street was taken. She checked how much memory she had left on her memorycard, and was soon satisfied with the number. Then, putting the camera in her bag, she pushed her black hair away, and looked around. She saw several café buildings all over the place, one better than another. Yet, every one of them had something in common. Like wine or pizza. And for her, as a tourist who visited Italy for the first time in her life, was actually hard to decide where to go. She didn't even have a map with her since she actually loved getting lost. Getting lost in a new place - it was more adventurous, and more fun than finding all those monuments or sights within a minute.
