The year is 2003 and war has escalated. The remaining members of the tenacious Knights of the Damned launched a volley of scud missiles which have leveled most of London, Rome, and Washington DC. The United States have
issued a proclamation of war against this latest attack while in secret; the Illuminati’s Second branch has mobilized with a new sinister plan to take over all of Europe. Founded in Ingolstadt, Bavaria in 1776, the Illuminati are a secret society known for having a hand in all of the world's governments. They believe that the one way to bring about world peace is to establish a new world order with a fascist government which will control the world. The Illuminati's second branch is based out of Philadelphia near the house of the Free Masons and is the main
organization's last resort for an impending crisis. They follow the same honor system as the original group and not only memorialize their fallen members but usually treat them with the utmost respect. Being a secret society, they also use a lot of code and tend to keep their actions and membership a secret until the last possible moment. Many of their members of the Second branch were chosen at a young age and have had special transmitters which will inject a lethal poison at the slightest sign of any secret about the organization being told. As such, the group's actions are kept so secret that even the other members are prohibited from knowing anything other than the mission to which they were assigned. Orders that come to them are always through a very indirect form and never compromise any information about the main branch. The second branch also has a very diverse array of members specifically designed to look into the occult and use their knowledge to help achieve their objective.
